Failing to Stop

Posted On: February 16th, 2014

A three car accident appears to have been caused by a motorist who failed to stop at a red light according to reports. Failing to stop at a red light is a violation of vehicle and traffic law section 1111(d).  Traffic control devices are in place to regulate traffic at intersections and promote traffic safety. Failing to stop at a red light endangers other drivers and can lead to serious injuries.

At Dreyer Boyajian LaMarche Safranko Law we are conscious about the community we live in and strive to make it a better and safer place to live.  With respect to our personal injury practice, we only file claims against people who violate community safety rules and as a result, cause injuries to others. For example we file lawsuits against people who disobey the vehicle and traffic laws and as a result cause an accident.
